This policy explains what information is handled when you use Yeşil Işık, a free driving licence exam preparation app supported by advertising.
Information we collect ourselves
MySoft37 does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or location. We do not run our own servers for the app.
Your study data (answered questions, mistakes, saved questions, practice exam results, driving simulator results and settings such as your exam date) is stored only on your device. If Android backup is turned on for your device, Android may include this data in the backup kept in your own Google account.
Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules a study reminder on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
Read aloud
The optional read-aloud button uses the text-to-speech engine installed on your device. Questions are passed to that engine on your device; MySoft37 does not receive them.
Reporting a question
If you use "Report a mistake" or "Feedback", the app opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. We only receive what you choose to send, including your email address, and use it only to answer you and fix the question.
Purchases
The optional "Remove ads" purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Yeşil Işık shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google's advertising SDK may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID,
- IP address, which can indicate your approximate location,
- device and app information such as model, operating system version, language and app version,
- how you interact with ads, such as views and taps,
- diagnostic information such as crash and performance data from the advertising SDK.
This information is collected by Google under its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your consent and choices
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can refuse, and you will still be able to use the app.
- On your device you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, under Settings > Google > Ads (the exact path can differ by device).
- Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences. No ads are shown while you are answering questions or driving in the simulator: a small banner appears on menu screens, and a full-screen ad may appear after a test is finished.
Children
Yeşil Işık is intended for driving licence candidates and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help.
Keeping and deleting data
Because your study data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time with "Reset progress" in the app's settings, by clearing the app's data or by uninstalling the app. Data collected by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's policies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information with anyone other than the advertising provider described above, unless the law requires it.
Not an official app
Yeşil Işık is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of National Education (MEB) or any other public authority. Questions are written originally according to the exam curriculum.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Bu politika, reklam destekli ücretsiz bir ehliyet sınavı hazırlık uygulaması olan Yeşil Işık kullanılırken hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini açıklar.
Bizim topladığımız bilgiler
MySoft37 sizden hesap açmanızı istemez; adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, kişilerinizi, fotoğraflarınızı veya konumunuzu toplamaz. Uygulama için kendimize ait bir sunucu işletmiyoruz.
Çalışma verileriniz (çözdüğünüz sorular, yanlışlarınız, kaydettiğiniz sorular, deneme sınavı ve direksiyon simülatörü sonuçları, sınav tarihiniz gibi ayarlar) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Cihazınızda Android yedekleme açıksa, Android bu veriyi kendi Google hesabınızdaki yedeğe dahil edebilir.
Bildirimler
Günlük hatırlatmayı açarsanız uygulama cihazınızda bir çalışma hatırlatması zamanlar. Bize hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
Sesli okuma
İsteğe bağlı sesli okuma düğmesi cihazınızda yüklü metin okuma motorunu kullanır. Sorular cihazınızdaki bu motora iletilir; MySoft37'ye ulaşmaz.
Soru bildirme
"Soruda hata mı var?" veya "Öneri / hata bildir" seçeneğini kullanırsanız uygulama, hazır doldurulmuş bir mesajla kendi e-posta uygulamanızı açar. Yalnızca göndermeyi seçtiğiniz bilgiler (e-posta adresiniz dahil) bize ulaşır ve yalnızca size yanıt vermek ve soruyu düzeltmek için kullanılır.
Satın alma
İsteğe bağlı "Reklamları kaldır" satın alımı tamamen Google Play tarafından yürütülür. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz, tarafımızca saklanmaz.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Yeşil Işık, reklamları Google AdMob aracılığıyla gösterir. Reklamları sunmak, ölçmek ve sahteciliği önlemek için Google'ın reklam yazılımı şu bilgileri toplayıp işleyebilir:
- cihazınızın reklam kimliği,
- yaklaşık konumunuzu gösterebilen IP adresi,
- model, işletim sistemi sürümü, dil ve uygulama sürümü gibi cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri,
- reklamları görüntüleme ve dokunma gibi reklam etkileşimleriniz,
- reklam yazılımına ait çökme ve performans verileri gibi tanılama bilgileri.

Onayınız ve seçenekleriniz
- Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'deyseniz, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmeden önce uygulama onayınızı ister. Reddedebilirsiniz; uygulamayı yine kullanabilirsiniz.
- Cihazınızda Ayarlar > Google > Reklamlar altından reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya silebilir, reklam kişiselleştirmeyi kapatabilirsiniz (yol cihaza göre değişebilir).
- Reklamlar genel izleyiciye uygun içerikle sınırlıdır. Soru çözerken ve direksiyon simülatöründe reklam gösterilmez: menü ekranlarında küçük bir banner, bir test bittikten sonra da tam ekran bir reklam görünebilir.
Çocuklar
Yeşil Işık ehliyet adaylarına yöneliktir; 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi paylaştığını düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, yardımcı oluruz.
Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi
Çalışma verileriniz cihazınızda saklandığı için, uygulama ayarlarındaki "İlerlemeyi sıfırla" ile, uygulamanın verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Google'ın reklam amacıyla topladığı veriler Google'ın politikalarına göre saklanır.
Paylaşım
Kişisel bilgilerinizi satmayız. Yasal zorunluluk dışında, yukarıda anlatılan reklam sağlayıcı dışında kimseyle bilgi paylaşmayız.
Resmî uygulama değildir
Yeşil Işık bağımsız bir çalışma uygulamasıdır; Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB) veya başka bir kamu kurumuyla bağlantısı yoktur. Sorular sınav müfredatına göre özgün olarak hazırlanmıştır.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse yeni sürüm, yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayınlanır.
